The breakfast was excellent, the location was top. The bed was good, we liked it and slept well. In addition, wifi was provided. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Jokkmokk. The location is perfect, as it's close to the excellent museum and right in the city center. The staff were very friendly and attentive, going out of their way to satisfy our special dinner requests. The rooms were in excellent condition, and I particularly loved the cozy fireplace in mine. The breakfast selection was varied, with both sweet and savory options to choose from. this hotel provides great value for money and attention to detail.

Lovely boutique hotel tucked away in a charming snowy town. We were initially placed in an older room, but when we requested a newer one, they happily accommodated us. The renovated room was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The complimentary hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and biscuits were a cozy treat after venturing out in the cold. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Jokkmokk.

We arrived early, way before check-in time, and the hotel staff immediately organized a room for my wife to rest in since she was sick. The staff's exceptional service mindset made us feel truly cared for. The rooms and facilities are in excellent condition, recently renovated. The buffet breakfast was fresh and nicely displayed. The room service was subpar, they never cleaned the bathroom during our five-day stay, and didn't even replace the towels. The wifi was pretty much non-existent, which was quite frustrating as we were trying to plan our activities in the city.
